REQUIEM MASS – for Monica Brennan is on Monday at 10.30am
REQUIEM MASS – for Tom Daly is on Wednesday at 10am
MASS TIMES THIS WEEK – 10am each day – except Monday – 10.30am
FEASTS THIS WEEK -Mon- St Willibrord; Tues- Bl John Duns Scotus; Thurs- St Leo; Fri- St Martin of Tours; Sat- St Josaphat.
COFFEE AND TEA – after Mass in the parish room – access through sacristy.
CONFESSIONS – Saturdays at 10.30am and 6.10pm
SACRAMENTAL PROGRAMME – meeting today at 9am for parents and children involved in First Holy Communion
CONFIRMATION – Bishop John writes: ‘Having considered all the options and arguments, I would like to see the Sacrament of Confirmation celebrated with candidates aged 13 (year 8) or above……’
NOVEMBER REMEMBRANCE BOOK – is in the sanctuary for us to enter the names of our deceased relations, friends and parishioners, who will be remembered each day during Mass.
PARISH MEMORIAL BOOK – is now in place in the porch and is left open on the current day so that we know whose anniversary it is. Please add addtional names in the notebook provided and our gratitude to Anna for the inscribing
BILLY ELLIOT – (14th December) ticket money due this month – £50 including transport – slightly dearer than usual.
FUNNY GIRL – at the Palace Theatre for a week in February – Daily Telegraph ‘Don’t miss the chance to see this phomomenal production’. Utterly irresistible.
Will leave a list out and would want to book in a few weeks time – that is, depending on take-up
PIETY STALL – cards and Christmas gifts in abundance.
ALL SET – for our outing to Chatsworth on Wednesday 16th – departing 10.30am
RED BOXES – will be collected between 20th November and 4th December.
MOSSLEY’S CHRISTMAS MARKET – Saturday 19th November at GLH.
NEWS JUNKIES – red alert – Tuesday Night!!!! Who will win?
CATHEDRAL CENTRE CAFE – now open – lunches and hot drinks available.
PARISH MAGAZINE – a memory of severe winters in the district would be good
