WE MADE IT ! – we have escaped the clutches of winter and without too much coughing and sneezing. The joy of spring awaits us! Equally, may our Lent be about discovering the joy of the Lord more than anything else. Abbot Lot came to Abbot Joseph and said ‘Father, I keep my rule to the utmost, my fasts and meditation, I have striven to cleanse my heart. And now what?’ Fr. Joseph stood up and said ‘Why not be changed totally into fire.’ And ourselves!
