Holy week is a special time for all Christians, so please God we will be generous with our time in sharing it with Our Lord. On Good Friday we are asked to fast and abstain from meat, but it doesn’t apply to those over 60 years of age. Have a good breakfast and try not to eat until the evening meal (having as much as you want) when the fast is over. But, no worries if it can’t be done.
